Is this the left-shoulder version?

Yes. We designed every variant on this page for left-shoulder carry. We also offer Axoflux in a right-shoulder configuration; our X-Pac versions are left-shoulder only.

Will my device fit?

We rate the padded sleeve for a tablet or laptop up to 11 inches. We don’t claim fit for a 13-inch device.

Is the Metro Crossbody waterproof?

We use durable, water-resistant fabric and YKK AquaGuard zippers. We don’t describe our Metro as fully waterproof or submersible.

How large is the bottle pocket?

The side pocket expands and closes with an elastic cinch. We don’t publish a maximum bottle diameter, and using the pocket can reduce the bag's internal room.

What are the return conditions?

You can return eligible unused purchases in original condition within 45 days of fulfilment. We generally do not refund original shipping or return shipping. See our returns policy for the current terms.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse and damage after delivery are excluded. See our warranty for full details.
