Bottle
The sleeve is inside

Your bottle stays within the main compartment for a cleaner exterior. If one-handed external bottle access is essential, factor that in.

Laptop
Up to 16 inches

The padded sleeve fits devices up to 16 inches; we do not support a 17-inch fit.

Weight
1.2–1.5kg by material

400D is the lightest build at 1.2kg; X-Pac is 1.3kg; 600D is 1.5kg. The structure and hardware are real, so the weight is too.

Zip
Weather guard, with a trade-off

Several reviewers say the protective fabric flap can catch on the main zipper or feel stiff in use.

We use water-resistant exterior fabrics and AquaGuard zippers. That is built for weather, not a claim that the complete bag is waterproof.

Questions, answered

Is Metro Backpack Pro big enough for travel?

At 24L, we designed it for workdays, commuting, the gym and compact short trips. It is not a 30–35L one-bag pack for heavy overpacking. Airline cabin rules vary, so always check your carrier before you fly.

Where does the water bottle go?

Inside the main compartment. The internal sleeve keeps the exterior streamlined and helps separate your bottle from loose gear, but it does not offer external one-handed access.

Is the whole bag waterproof?

No. The exterior fabrics are water-resistant and the zippers use AquaGuard construction, which adds weather protection. We do not describe the fully assembled backpack as waterproof or submersible.

What is the difference between Axoflux and X-Pac?

Axoflux gives you a durable technical nylon build; our 400D fabric uses 100% recycled nylon and is PFAS-free. X-Pac X42 uses a structured 420D laminate for a more technical face and comes in at 1.3kg. The organization and 24L capacity stay the same.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. We assess each claim and may repair qualifying damage, approve a repair, replace the product or provide store credit. Normal wear, accidents and misuse are not manufacturing defects.

Can I return it if the size is wrong?

You can return eligible items within 45 days of fulfillment if they are unused, unworn, in brand-new condition, with tags and original packaging. We exclude final-sale items and generally do not refund original shipping, duties, fees or return postage.
