Is the Elements Tote waterproof?
It's water-resistant, not waterproof. We use a durable Axoflux 210D ripstop exterior to handle weather and daily wear, but we don’t describe it as fully waterproof or submersible.
What should I expect from the magnetic closure?
It's a magnetic closure, not a zip. Will my laptop fit?
There's no padded laptop compartment, so we won't pretend there is. The main compartment carries a lot, and you can make it work your way. How long is the shoulder strap?
60cm (23.6"), which fits over the shoulder for most people. Honest note: one verified buyer told us it felt snug over a thick winter coat and could be longer. If you layer heavily, factor that in — the rolled-edge grab handles are there as a second carry. You can return eligible unused items within 45 days, subject to our returns policy.

Eight colourways use Axoflux 210D ripstop nylon (600g, local price) — water-resistant, easy to clean, and built for daily wear. Two premium builds use ECOPAK: Black Knight in EPLX200 (540g, the lightest build) and Coyote Brown in EPX400 (600g), from local price.
What if it's not right for me?

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are excluded. Full details are on our warranty page.
